To qualify, merchant must show a minimum of $100,000 annually in Visa® and Mastercard® processing volume as supported by at least two consecutive monthly payment processing statements dated within the previous 6 months. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for receipt of Visa® rewards card. The following business types are excluded from this offer: existing Elavon customers, franchise locations under corporate pricing program, association members, warehouse pricing, Square pricing, payment facilitator or aggregator pricing, healthcare patient payment pricing, government or not for profit pricing, petroleum and relationship pricing exceptions (i.e., below cost). Elavon compatible processing software/equipment is required. Noncompliant surcharge and acceptance fee programs are not eligible for this promotion.
